Everything went right 😊. The sun wakes up at 5h30 and goes back to sleep at 21h30 (local time) so the night is not so long. Even if I thought it was going to be way shorter… It is so appreciable to feel the sun on our skins and to see the blue sky. My eyes cannot get used to yet! Today we will finally meet the people from the boat to Antarctica… At least we should have to in the morning but the guy never came … But he gave us an appointment in the afternoon so our day was going to be wasted anyway so we decided to do some shopping and to walk in the city. We also went to touristic information in order to have at least one day out of Punta Arenas. At first we wanted to hire a car to go to Torres del Paine (great national park in Chilean Patagonia – we saw it from the sky). But it is too far to go there with only one day (it tooks almost 4 hours to reach the closest frontier of the park!). So we went for a tour in Tierra del Fuego.

[First, we bought food for the day off the city and funny fact, I found ‘Panettone’ which is the desert to have at Christmas in Italy :’)]

At night we went eating in a really nice ‘restoran’ La Marmita. I had my first Chilean Pisco Sour (made of pisco, lemon, a spice and raw white egg) and I ate a Bean Piso it’s a delicious local soup with beans, pumpkins, tomato and herbs.
